Deep red. Ripe red fruit, floral, musky earth and spice qualities on the slightly shy nose. Offers supple black raspberry, cherry-cola and spicecake flavors that are given spine by a core of juicy acidity. Shows very good clarity and a touch of bitter chocolate on the velvety finish, which is framed by smooth, even tannins. (30% new French oak)

Dark cherries and toasted spices make for a captivating nose with plenty of immediate interest. The deeply rich dark-cherries on the palate are cast along fluid, long and sturdy tannin lines. Strong finish. Drink or hold.
