(14.9% alcohol): Good full red. Reticent cherry/berry and menthol aromas are lifted by a floral nuance and spicy oak. Densely packed, broad and sweet but not heavy, showing a lightly saline character to its red berry and spice flavors. Finishes with smooth tannins and an echoing cherry/berry element but the wine's slightly disjointed acidity calls for a year or so of patience.
