Tasting notes
Cut from the same cloth, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Papa's Knoll is slightly more Bordeaux-like with its smoky, herbal style. Darker currants, smoky oak, graphite, sage, and earthy nuances are the name of the game, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a concentrated, focused mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and outstanding length. Slightly foursquare and inward at the moment, give bottles 2-4 years and enjoy over the following decade.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Papa's Knoll is fabulous. Dark cherry, plum, mocha, blood orange and spice lend exotic beauty to this mid-weight, striking Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium in body and supremely polished, the 2021 is an absolute delight. Time in the glass brings out the wine's compelling inner perfume and sensuality.
