Score 88/100 · Jeb Dunnuck, Jan 2019
The 2016 Trilogy checks in as a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, and the rest Malbec. It has a spice, cedar, plum, and chocolaty, herbal bouquet as well as upfront sweet fruit, a slightly hollow mid-palate, and firm tannins. I suspect it's best drunk up over the coming 7-8 years.

Score 88/100 · Drink 2019-2028, Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, Oct 2018
The 2016 Trilogy Proprietary Red Wine is blended of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 6% Malbec. Deep purple-black, it features blackcurrant cordial, dark chocolate, licorice and tar with wafts of dried herbs and incense. Medium to full-bodied with just enough black fruit and herbal sparks to fit the chewy frame,it finishes on an earthy note.
