The Bonny's Vineyard, which can be a controversial wine given its overt herbaceousness in some vintages, exhibited a subtle Provencal herb character dominated by lavish quantities of sweet, jammy black fruit, all of which was complemented by plenty of smoky, toasty American oak. Lush, opulent, and voluptuous, with an exotic, flamboyant personality, this fully mature wine shows no signs of decline. It is well-balanced, and so crammed with fruit that it should age for another 10-15 years.
