Score 89/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Medium red. Pungent, liqueur-like aromas of black raspberry, coffee, cardamom and peppery spice. Pliant, sweet and expansive in the mouth, with impressive richness, but verges on heavy for a pinot from this producer. Captivating note of white pepper on the ripe finish.
