Tasting notes
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard Spring Mountain is another gem of a wine that demands bottle age. Loaded with complex red, blue, and black fruits as well as notes of spring flowers, sandalwood, and sappy tobacco, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a layered, elegant mouthfeel, building tannins, and a great, great finish. Hide bottles for 4-5 years and enjoy over the following two decades.

A blend of White Hill and Red Hill parcels, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain Estate features scents of bay leaves and cherries. Medium to full-bodied, it's a bit cool and reserved yet velvety, with excellent length and freshness. Ultimately, it offers nicely nuanced complexity of herbal shadings and red-berried fruit, plus hints of mocha and toasted oak on the finish.
This is a silky and soft young red with plum and light chocolate aromas and flavors. Medium-to full-bodied, savory and juicy with a flavorful finish. Fine tannins at the end. Bay leaf and fresh herbs come through. From organically grown grapes. Drink after 2025, but already beautiful.
