Score 89/100 · Drink 2016-2031, Robert Parker, Dec 2016
The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Peak has a similar blend to the 2013, with 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Malbec and Petit Verdot. Nice, fleshy, white chocolaty notes intermixed with blackcurrant, black cherry and spice along with subtle earth emerge from this dark ruby/purple wine with enticing aromatics. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, well-balanced and showing nothing out of sync. The wood is subtle, the wine soft, savory and ideal for drinking now and over the next 10-15 years.
