Tasting notes
Good full ruby-red. Blackcurrant, mocha, dark chocolate and menthol on the nose. Broad and dry but tight, with good spicy lift to the black fruit flavors, along with hints of flowers and herbs. Finishes rather dry, though, with dusty tannins cutting off the wine's fruit.

The Cabernet Sauvignon portfolio includes a very good value, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Knight’s Valley. This is a consistently rich, fruity effort offering notes of chocolate, black currants, herbs, and earth. Soft and silky-textured as well as voluminous in the mouth, it can be consumed over the next 7-8 years.
