Pale yellow. Very reticent nose shows a medicinal quality. Juicy, saline and fresh, offering lovely mineral-driven vivacity. Again, this classic old-fashioned Meursault is more about minerals than primary fruit.

The 2014 Meursault Tillets has a tightly wound, hazelnut and smoke-scented bouquet that expresses its terroir with impressive clarity. Not intense, but detailed. The palate is well balanced with orange cordial and tangerine notes that are very subtle, harmonious in the mouth with a little lift towards the mango-tinged finish. Enjoy this 5-7 years after bottling.
