From Torremontalbo, the 2022 Blanco Reserva (100% Viura) spent up to 18 months partly in barrel. The nose leads with compote apple, pear and white flowers, alongside clear oak tones of flan and caramel. Dry and enveloping, it moves with calm persistence and balanced acidity, while a faint chalky edge adds depth on the palate. A delicate Viura, with greater impact on the palate than on the nose.
