Tasting notes
Deep ruby-purple, the 2020 Three-Four has just slightly muddled aromas of blueberry and red cherry with meaty undertones. The medium-bodied palate has a delicate core of crunchy fruit, a gently chewy frame and good freshness, finishing a tad blocky.

The 2020 Syrah Three-Four (99% Syrah and 1% Mourvèdre) is also quite tannic, with blue fruits, flowery incense, cracked pepper, and scorched earth notes. This black-fruited, concentrated Syrah has plenty of savory tannins, good mid-palate depth, and a great finish. It's certainly impressive in the vintage and worth buying. In addition to the Paso Robles releases from this great estate, they also produce a tiny amount of Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills under their Decroux label.
