2003 Torremoron Ribera del Duero

The 2003 is even better than the 2004, perhaps due to the fact that it has been in bottle a year longer and thus had a chance to reveal more stuffing. A sweet, intense, expansive perfume of raspberries is reminiscent of a high quality Pinot Noir. It offers a lovely texture, medium body, and tremendous purity as well as length.
