Tasting notes
A blend of 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Proprietary Red Cuvee 37.2 is medium to deep garnet-purple in color with a wonderfully spicy nose with baked cherries, plum preserves, dried herbs, florals and damp soil with waft of truffles. The palate is medium to full-bodied with firm, grainy tannins and great energy, finishing with a compelling lift.

The 2015 Merlot Cuvee 37.2 is gorgeous. Ripe, supple and inviting, with plenty of Merlot pushed forward, the 2015 Cuvee 37.2 is a winner. Succulent red cherry, plum, and rose petal are juicy in the glass, but it is the wine's freshness and overall vivacity – both hard to achieve in 2015 – make the wine totally irresistible. In 2015, the Cuvee 37.2 is absolutely delicious. Drink it over the next handful of years.
A blend of 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the 2015 37.2 Cuvee is a big, rich, unctuous wine that offers lots plums, ripe black cherries, and sappy flowers. It has a slightly synthetic note, yet blossoms with time in the glass and offers a fat, opulent, unctuous style that’s ideal for drinking over the coming decade.
