Score 88/100 · Drink 2020-2027, Jeb Dunnuck, Nov 2020
The 2018 Crozes-Hermitage is a solid, attractive wine sporting a ruby/purple color as well as textbook Northern Rhône Syrah notes of earthy black fruits, incense, spring flowers, and spice. It's medium to full-bodied, elegant, and nicely textured on the palate, with solid balance and length. Drink it over the coming 6-7 years.

Scents of violets, blueberries and black currants mingle easily on the nose of Duvernay's 2018 Crozes Hermitage. It's medium to full-bodied but shows real depth and richness, with ripe, velvety tannins and a touch of licorice on the finish.
