The 2008 La Segreta Bianco is generous and layered in its ripe apricots and peaches. There is a slightly candied, perfumed quality to the fruit that is quite attractive as this beautifully balanced Sicilian white opens up. La Segreta is 50% Grecanico, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Viognier and 10% Fiano.
