Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2006-2012, Jancis Robinson MW, Jan 2003
Rather a disappointment after the Pernand. There's a odd, distinctly rustic air to this wine that is round, full and rumbustious but just misses the purity needed to coax a higher score out of me. (JR)

About the producer

Rapet Pere et Fils
Based in Pernand-Vergelesses, the Rapet family has been involved in wine since at least the 18th century. The property owns 20 hectares of vines around and on the hill of Corton. Vincent and Sylvette are at the helm today, with their son Robin now working alongside them.
