The fruit is radiant, fresh, unforced and light-footed yet utterly concentrated with wonderfully tender Morello cherry skins that are delicate and full of flavor. There is vigor and beautiful energy that drives brightness, along with a weightless density and firmness that is tone and muscle, like a ballet dancer.
