Score 89/100 · Drink 2019-2027, Neal Martin, Nov 2018
The 2015 Meursault Les Perrières 1er Cru has a very simple, rather anonymous nose that fails to really translate this illustrious terroir . The palate is straightforward with light peach skin and white pepper notes and moderate acidity, but this is difficult to pin down as a Meursault, let alone Les Perrières, on the finish. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (DIAM 10 closure)
