The 2013 Pinot Noir Bien Nacido Vineyard - N Block is another wine full of nuance. Here, too, there is plenty of exoticism and nuance, especially in the aromatics. Scents of dried flowers, sage and rosemary meld into a deep, powerful core of fruit. The N Block has everything going on. Explosive, energetic and beautifully perfumed, the 2013 will provide thrilling drinking for those lucky enough to find it. Unfortunately there are just three barrels of this magical Pinot from Tyler.

Coming from winemaker Justin Willett's favorite block in the Bien Nacido vineyard, the 2013 Pinot Noir Bien Nacido N Block has more mid-palate depth and fruit than the old vines release and exhibits killer notes of rose petals, violets, subtle oak and sweet raspberry and black raspberry fruit. Beautifully rounded and textured on the palate, yet still in the house style, give this medium-bodied, focused and nicely structured Pinot 2-3 years and enjoy bottles through 2025.
