2020 Saint Joseph Les Sabots de Coppi

Dark violet color. Expressive cherry, cassis and floral aromas, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice, olive and black pepper. Nicely concentrated as well as energetic on the palate, offering mineral-driven red and blue fruit, botanical herb and floral pastille flavors that become sweeter with air. Closes impressively long and precise, showing fine definition, spicy lift and well-knit tannins. Made entirely with whole clusters and raised in used demi-muids and amphoras.
