2011 Miguel Merino Unnum

There were some animal and tempera paint aromas in the 2011 Unnum, but there was a better background of black fruit and spices. The palate feels quite dry, like the fruit is receding and the tannins remain. Time to drink up. 3,870 bottles were filled in March 2013.
