Score 89/100 · Robert Parker, Oct 2013
From the family’s 4.5-acre vineyard, the saturated ruby/purple-tinged 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Phaedrus boasts copious aromas of black currants, blueberries, graphite, incense and a touch of oak. The complex aromatics are followed by a medium to full-bodied, rich wine displaying lots of sucrosity (from ripe fruit, not sugar) and a long finish. This superb wine is both hedonistically and intellectually compelling. Consume it over the next 10-15 years. Tel. (707) 963-6042
