Tasting notes
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley is scented of blueberry candy, graphite and crushed vitamin. The medium-bodied palate is restrained and somewhat hollow with grainy tannins, rounded acidity and a ripe finish.

Dark and brooding, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley entices with hints of blood orange and split pine before giving way to blackberries and sage. Creamy textures envelop the palate with ripe red berry fruits and sweet spices as a tinge of zesty acidity maintains energy throughout. Mineral-driven, tactile, structured and long, the 2021 finishes with a truly classic feel that promises many years of future development.
Cassis, spicy wood, vibrant flowers, and hints of spicy oak all emerge from the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley, a nicely balanced, elegant and medium-bodied Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that has ripe, polished tannins and a great finish. I love it today, yet it's going to evolve nicely for a solid decade or more as well. It's another impeccably made wine from this terrific estate.
