NV Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Jacky Blot Brut Tradition

The NV Brut Tradition is a light-bodied but well-concentrated sparkling Chenin Blanc. It's a firm, well-balanced style with just 4g/l of residual sugar, lending a serious, vinous character to the wine. Sweet, ripe fruit reminiscent of apple and pear combine with autolysis-derived pastry characters (3 years on lees). The bubbles are very well integrated.
