2013 Aril Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is the best wine from Aril yet. Rich, deep and powerful in the glass, with tons of Calistoga muscle, the 2013 is endowed with serious intensity in all of its dimensions. An exotic mélange of black cherry, chocolate, leather, licorice, earthiness, smoke and tobacco gives the wine much of its complexity. The 2013 is somehow quite powerful, but yet retains a mid-weight sense of structure.
