2013 Monsecco Colline Novaresi Sizzano

The 2013 Sizzano is nicely lifted and aromatic, with a spine of tannin that gives the wine its persistence and overall feel. Despite its mid-weight, airy presence, the 2013 has good grip and more than enough freshness to drink well for a number of years. Time in the glass brings out the wine's fruit, structure and considerable acidity. I would prefer to cellar the 2013 for at least a few years.
