2015 Moffett Vineyards Pinot Noir Reserve

The 2015 Pinot Noir Reserve is a blend of the best barrels from multiple sites and clones, including 777, 115 and Pommard, aged in 75% new French oak. Pale to medium ruby-purple in the glass, it has a broody nose of cranberry sauce, tar, crushed black cherries and warm blueberries with nuances of vanilla bean and coffee. Medium-bodied, it fills the mouth with warm black and blue fruits and spices framed by firm, grainy tannins and mouthwatering acidity to lift the dense finish. 122 cases were made.
