1997 Tyrell's Sémillon Vat 1

Opening with a lovely nose that shows some woody notes, touches of musk, some marmalade and honey-nut, the 1997 Vat 1 Semillon doesn’t offer much texture but gives tons of flavor on the mature palate while remaining fresh, very light and finishing very long. Mature now – in fact at its peak, but should hold for another 8-10 years+
