The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Sage Ridge Vineyard is another inky hued wine from Bevan and offers lots of ultra-ripe black cherries, blackberries, wildflowers, chocolate, and a kiss of iron. With full-bodied richness, a dense, layered mid-palate, and lots of tannins, it nevertheless has beautiful purity and a seamless texture. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from a steep, terraced vineyard (Kuleto), it's another terrific wine in the lineup.
