Tasting notes
The 2016 Pinot Noir Riservata Estate has a medium ruby color and deep aromas of cranberry sauce, red and black cherries, blackberries, Earl Grey tea leaves and hints of underbrush and woodsmoke. The medium-bodied palate offers great concentration with seamlessly integrated freshness and grainy tannins, finishing long. This will benefit from another year in bottle. 300 cases produced.

Vivid magenta. Spice-accented boysenberry and cherry aromas are complemented by suggestions of cola, vanilla, incense and smoky minerals. Sweet and seamless in texture, offering concentrated red and dark berry preserve, spicecake and mocha flavors, along with suggestions of candied violet and licorice that build steadily on the back half. Concentrated but lively and precise in character, delivering solid closing thrust, well-integrated tannins and impressive, floral-driven persistence.
