Tasting notes
The 2018 Chablis Champs Royaux is a delicious village-level wine from William Fèvre. Pliant and generous with terrific depth, the 2018 is a fine choice for drinking now and over the next few years. The Champs Royaux is a blend of Fèvre's top lots of négociant fruit; almost all of the wine is made from purchased fruit.

The 2018 Chablis Champs Royaux (négoce) was also only recently bottled, but it's showing well, offering up aromas of white peach and spring flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, tangy palate with a fleshy core and a saline finish. This is a solid effort that will drink well young.
