This washes across the palate with a bump of minerality up front, and a sensation of liquid stone and white pit fruits settle upon the senses. The 2022 displays a remarkably purity and cool toned cut, leaving the senses completely refreshed as a minty herbal air slowly fades. This is wonderfully classic and finished at just 12.5% abv. It goes down far too easily yet has the balance for medium-term cellaring.
