Tasting notes
Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2014 Pinot Noir Croft Vineyard has a classic Pinot-with-stems nose showing a sappy note over warm red cherries, raspberry tart and violets with hints of pencil lead, dried herbs and underbrush. Medium-bodied with tons of red berry flavor and nicely tamed with some earthy/herbal notions from the stems, it is framed by chewy tannins and lively acid, finishing long.

Vivid red. High-pitched red currant, cherry and rose scents are complemented by hints of succulent herbs and musky underbrush. Shows impressive energy and focus on the palate, offering juicy red berry, bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors given a refreshingly bitter edge by a hint of blood orange. Closes chewy, spicy and very long; dusty tannins frame the lively red fruit.
