Score 92/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2008
(for 375 ml.) Copper-gold color. Complex, powerful bouquet of apricot, cling peach, poached pear and butterscotch. Lush and creamy but lively, with deep candied pit fruit, melon and honey flavors underscored by sweet butter and baking spices. For such a deep, sweet and velvety wine this is impressively lively, with excellent tangy lift on the finish.
