Tasting notes
This is a superb red with blackberry, asphalt and fresh herbs, like thyme and bay leaf. The palate is so refined and polished with linear and fine tannins that run the length of the wine. The finish goes on for a very, very long time. 76% cabernet sauvignon and 24% cabernet franc. Great wine. Beautiful now but will go on for decades.

This is a fabulous wine with dark berries, dark chocolate and freshly cracked walnuts. Medium to full body, ultra-fine tannins and a linear and compact palate with incredible depth and subtlety. 76 per cent cabernet sauvignon and 24 per cent cabernet franc. Release in 2021. Drink in 2023.
The 2016 VIK is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon and 24% Cabernet Franc from Millahue. Ash, black fruit, light pyrazine and garrigue define the nose, along with tomato leaf and chutney. Medium-bodied and juicy, its balance lies in the moderate grip and structure. This is a solid Chilean expression in evolution.
