Proprietor Stephan Asseo has fashioned a fabulous 2001 Zinfandel with gorgeous aromatics of creme de cassis intermixed with briery, blackberry fruit, licorice, and pepper. With tremendous texture, medium to full body, and moderate tannin, it may be even better at age 3-4 than when released. Very impressive! Tel. (805) 227-1588
