2004 Stolpman Syrah Hilltops Estate

The 2004 Syrah Hilltops Estate is an 800-case cuvee fashioned from the winery’s finest parcels. Thirty percent of this wine is aged on the lees of Roussanne for eight months to give it a more floral character, resulting in a complex, exotic, full-bodied, dense purple-colored Syrah offering beautiful notes of blackberries, blueberries, cassis, licorice, and pepper.
