The 2001 Pinot Noir Hyde Vineyard exhibits a ruby/plum color as well as fruit forward, sweet cherry notes. Medium-bodied, with a clipped finish, it should drink well for 2-3 years. Tel. (707) 963-3132; Fax (707) 963-9713

Good deep red. Cherry, minerals and a hint of menthol on the bright nose. Delicate flavors of strawberry and minerals; offers lovely intensity without any undue weight. Finishes with silky tannins. The lightest of these 2001 pinots and very easy to drink.
