The 2021 Blanc is the first white wine from Patrimony. It is a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon, barrel fermented and matured for 15 months in 88% new French oak. It bursts from the glass with scents of white peaches, matchstick, honey and wafts of dried herbs. The palate balances a satiny, mouth-coating texture with bright bursts of mouthwatering acidity. It has concentrated, mineral-laced flavors and a long, juicy finish that calls you in for another sip.

An attractive nose with ripe lemons, white peaches, stone fruits, white flowers, fresh herbs and hints of stones. Medium-bodied with a well-rounded, creamy texture. Ample and caressing with weight on the palate yet it remains aerial and agile. Fresh acidity and undertones of exotic fruits kick in towards the salivating, frank finish. 65% sauvignon blanc and 35% semillon. Drink or hold.
