Tasting notes
Score 87/100 · Drink 2000-2013, Robert Parker, Dec 1997

The 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate offers up an enticing wild berry, curranty, and raspberry-scented nose, intertwined with aromas of smoky oak. On the palate, there is good acidity, mouth searing tannin, medium body, and excellent flavor, purity, and richness. The high tannin precludes current enjoyment, so readers should give this wine 3-4 years of cellaring. It should keep for 15-16 years. Tel. (707) 963-0109
