2016 Behrens Family La Danza

The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc La Danza is terrific. Orchard fruit, lemon peel, and white flowers give the wine a good sense of freshness, but there is good depth and texture to back things up. The Sauvignon Blanc is equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Musqué, all from Kick Ranch, done in 60% steel and 40% oak. Françoise Peschon makes La Danza for Lisa and Les Behrens.
