Tasting notes
(this bottling comprises one barrel each from Rosella's, Gap's Crown, Kanzler and Miron vineyards) Medium red. Vibrant strawberry and raspberry aromas offer superb clarity and intensity, with cinnamon and mace adding complexity. Utterly seamless and velvety, with deep, sweet red and dark berry preserve flavors and no obvious tannins. Turns even sweeter with air and takes on a spicy complexity. The wonderfully pure fruit carries through the long, juicy finish. This is awfully delicious right now.
