Tasting notes
Pale gold. Powerful, mineral-accented aromas of pear nectar, Meyer lemon and honey pick up a hint of vanilla with air. Broad and fleshy but lively as well, offering sappy orchard and pit fruit flavors sharpened by a refreshingly bitter lemon pith nuance. Finishes subtly smoky and very long, leaving a suave peach liqueur note behind.

The 2015 Chardonnay delivers notes of ripe peaches, apple pie and guava with hints of toasted almonds, brioche and butterscotch. Medium-bodied with a pleasant suggestion of oiliness to the texture, it has a refreshing line of acid and a long finish with some spiciness coming through.
Limpid yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, tangerine and smoky lees, along with hints of vanilla and jasmine in the background. Smooth and broad on entry, then more taut in the midpalate, offering juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a touch of bitter quinine. The smoky note recurs on a long, floral-tinged finish sharpened by a kick of juicy acidity.
