2013 B Cellars Blend 25

The blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Syrah, the 2013 Proprietary Red Blend 25 plays it slightly closer to the vest. This is full-bodied and ripe with plenty of fruit, but not the complexity of some of the other cuvées, but is savory and mouth-filling and at the end of the day, satisfying. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.
