2014 Beta Cabernet Sauvignon Monticello Vineyard

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Montecillo is delicate, polished and subtle. Bright red-toned fruit, savory herbs, mint and pine give the 2014 its distinctive aromatic signatures, while the mid-weight structure is quite typical of the year. The Montecillo is the same wine that was formerly called Chuy Vineyard.
