2013 Round Pond Proprietary Red

The 2013 Proprietary Red from Rutherford is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot and 20% Malbec aged in French oak for 18 months. The wine shows bold blackberry and blueberry flavors, charcoal and licorice, good depth and length. It has excellent purity, richness and should keep well for another 7-8 years.
