Tasting notes
Full, excessively heavy bottle 1,510 g. Fermented in French and Austrian oak barrels, 30% of which were new. After fermentation, it ages for an additional seven months in the same barrels. 888 cases made. Aromas of white flowers and lemon pith. Bright and juicy flavours of lemon pith, lemon juice, vanilla and white flowers have a silky texture and a wonderful zippiness thanks to excellent acidity. Polished and pretty. (AY)

Bright citrus and grapefruit with some honeyed, minty herbs notes all emerge from the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Blueprint, a medium-bodied, supple, wonderfully pure, and vibrant style on the palate that brings good richness and depth while staying fresh and vibrant.
The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Blueprint is a blend assembled from several sources. St. Helena, Yountville and Coombsville are all represented here. It was fermented in barrel (mainly used French oak) but matured in stainless steel. The result is a bit grassy and herbal but also ripe, with elements of fig, pear, melon and citrus. There are tons of fruit and a creamy texture on the medium to full-bodied palate, plus a lingering, lusciously ripe finish.
