Tasting notes
Soft and easygoing, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard offers plenty of near and medium-term appeal. Sweet dark cherry, rose petal, dried flowers, cinnamon and cedar all wrap around the palate. Silky tannins and a whole range of floral accents add quite a bit of allure.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard is more open and complex, with beautiful red plums, flowery incense, and Asian spice. There are 75 cases produced (all Clone 4). Medium to full-bodied, with a floral, spicy, complex character, ripe tannins, and a great finish, it doesn't have the depth of the Kenefick Ranch, but it’s supple, elegant, and will evolve for 10-15 years.
Another gorgeous wine, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard is plush and voluptuous, with soft contours and plenty of immediacy. Crème de cassis, lavender and spice all build in a creamy, expressive Cabernet that looks like it will drink well pretty much upon release.
