Tasting notes
Captivating aromas of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry with hints of violets. Vivid style. Full body, ultra-fine tannins and a racy and flavorful finish. I love the combination of electric fruit and mineral, plus silky tannins. Better in 2018 but why wait to enjoy it?

Equally impressive is the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Atlas Peak and Calistoga. Opaque purple to the rim, with beautiful notes of charcoal embers, melted road tar, truffle, blackberry and cassis, this big, unctuously textured, full-bodied wine has incredible density and richness, a full-bodied mouthfeel and a phenomenal finish. It is young, but undeniably impressive. Give it another 2-3 years of cellaring and drink it over the following two decades-plus.
